Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Collection of personal data

We collect only the data required to process your request through the contact form: full name, email address and message.

To protect the form against abusive submissions, your connection IP address is processed by the server and transformed, using a cryptographic function and a site-specific secret, into a pseudonymised identifier. The IP address is neither stored in clear text in this system nor sent to the firm with the message. The pseudonymised identifier and related timestamps are used only to limit the number of requests over a ten-minute period; the corresponding files are automatically deleted when that period expires.

The data controller is Beaupère & Guermouche SELAS, represented by its president.

The website does not use any audience-measurement tool, advertising tracker or profiling system operated by the firm.

A Google Maps map is embedded on the website to help you locate the firm. When it loads, your browser connects to Google services, which may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser characteristics and the page visited, and may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own privacy policy. The firm does not have access to data Google may collect in this context.

2. Purposes of processing

The information collected is used strictly to:

  • respond to your request or contact you again;
  • administer and follow up your request.

Processing your request is based on your consent, given through the checkbox provided before the form is submitted. Technical processing designed to prevent abusive submissions is based on the firm’s legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the website.

3. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form is kept for a maximum of six (6) months from the last exchange with the firm, unless a professional relationship is established. In that case, the data is kept for the period required to perform the engagement and in accordance with the legal and professional obligations applicable to lawyers.

4. Data recipients

Data submitted through the form is accessible to the partners of Beaupère & Guermouche and to the technical providers strictly required to host the website and deliver messages, within the limits of their assignments.

Loading the embedded map also creates a direct connection between your browser and Google, under the terms described in section 1.

5. Security

We implement technical and organisational security measures consistent with GDPR standards to prevent any breach or unauthorised access.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and subject to the conditions provided by applicable law, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data;
  • the right to restrict or object to processing;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the CNIL.

To exercise these rights, you may contact the firm at: violette.beaupere@avocats-bg.com

If you experience difficulty, you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL: Complaints Department – 3 Place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
