Violette Beaupère is a tax lawyer with a particular focus on international taxation and the mobility of individuals. She advises highly mobile clients, expatriates and impatriates, as well as executives, on structuring their tax position and managing the cross-border issues connected with their wealth, remuneration or change of residence.
After studying tax law at Université d’Aix-Marseille, she developed her practice in specialist firms before joining Deloitte Société d’Avocats’ Global Employer Services department. This experience enabled her to work on complex international individual tax matters, including the application of tax treaties, reporting obligations and the legal consequences of international mobility.
She also advises clients on transfers and the ownership of complex assets, with particular attention to the legal and tax structuring of internationally connected wealth. Her approach combines technical rigour with an understanding of individual life paths, to provide legally robust solutions aligned with long-term objectives.
